Michael
Managing director
The founder of Timeless IMS with over 33 years of experience in the IT and Technology space. Michael’s passion is all about helping business owners, teams and organisations understand where their business is and where they want their business to be and then helping them get there with ‘right first time’ managed technology solutions. Partnering with Michael, as a trusted managed technology provider expert, will allow clients to maintain a focus on continued successful growth. The sole aim is to work with business owners to learn and understand how their businesses work.
Sue
HR and Operations Manager

Sue first joined Timeless IMS in 2015 and as HR & Operations Manager, Sue is passionate about ensuring the business operates smoothly and effectively, creating a rewarding and fulfilling working environment for an expanding team, helping them to achieve their potential.
Joanne
Financial Controller
Joanne is the financial controller and has been a member of the team at Timeless IMS since 2020. Joanne is instrumental in our legal and accounting functions and manages the company finances carefully.
Katie
Purchase Ledger
Katie’s role at Timeless IMS lies within the finance team and she is responsible for managing the supplier accounts and purchasing function. Katie joined the team in 2021 and become a solid staple in the business.
Nazim
IT Support Engineer
Nazim joined the Timeless team in 2025 and has a crucial role in helping to keep clients IT infrastructure safe and secure. Originally from a footballing background, Nazim discovered a passion and talent in IT and Cyber Security. The most critical part of Nazims job is proactive security. He is always examining, monitoring and ensuring that Timeless have a portfolio of devices which are secure and free from any malware or breaches.
Karen
Administration & Marketing
Karen works alongside Michael and focuses on Administration, Marketing and Exhibitions. She makes sure activities get completed on time and monitors company progress.
Our Helpdesk Team
We operate a 24×7 helpdesk and our engineers are based all around the world.
The team will answer calls from contracted clients and provide them with world class assistance so that downtime is minimised.
